The company is expanding its assortment for Northern European retail and e-commerce channels and wishes to outsource production in the categories listed below. The buyer can work with its own product specifications or partner formulations that deliver the required taste, quality and value. The company is looking for experienced manufacturers with modern facilities, strong quality assurance/quality control and dependable lead times, able to comply with EU food safety standards. Product scope (private label / contract manufacturing): Snacks & Sweet Treats • Chips (potato crisps), popcorn, crackers/biscuits Confectionery • Boiled sweets / hard candy, liquorice, chocolate (including chocolate slices for bread and hazelnut-cocoa spread), wine gums/gummies, chewing gum, pastilles Nuts & Dried Fruit • Nuts: almonds, cashews, pistachios, peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts (primarily Asian origin acceptable) • Dried fruit: raisins, cranberries Dressings & Condiments • Ketchup, mayonnaise, remoulade, and related items Sauces • Pizza sauce, pasta sauce, tomato sauce, pesto Canned/Preserved Goods • Chopped tomatoes, peeled tomatoes, passata, coconut milk, corn, chickpeas, beans, beetroot, pickled cucumbers/gherkins, olives, jalapeños Pasta • Spaghetti, fusilli/spirals, penne, lasagne sheets Rice & Noodles • Jasmine rice, basmati rice, noodles (primarily Asian origin acceptable) Baking Ingredients • Flour, sugar, icing sugar, baking powder Oils • Rapeseed, sunflower, frying oil, olive oil (the buyer especially welcomes contacts in Spain, and others are welcome if pricing level are met) Vinegars • Distilled vinegar, balsamic Breakfast Cereals & Grains • Rolled oats, cornflakes, muesli Spreads & Fats • Jams/marmalades, margarine Beverages • Coffee and tea Fish Preserves • Tuna, mackerel, sardines Spices • Salt, black pepper, paprika, curry, oregano, basil, chili, cumin Packaging & Formats: Consumer retail SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) formats where available. Important Submission Details: When sending Expressions of Interest, producers are to indicate FOB (Free On Board) pricing, minimum order quantities (if any), lead times for initial and repeat orders, available packaging formats, options for customization and private labeling, relevant certifications and quality standards, and pallet information (units per layer and number of layers per pallet). Technical Specification or Expertise Sought •Demonstrated experience in food production across the requested categories, using modern facilities with robust QA/QC. •Compliance with EU food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP); certifications such as IFS, BRCGS or ISO 22000 are welcome. •Ability to produce to buyer specifications or propose own recipes that meet quality and taste requirements. Expected role of a partner Manufacture and supply the listed private label products according to agreed specifications and quality standards, or propose equivalent existing recipes where appropriate; ensure compliant, reliable deliveries to Denmark/Northern Europe.
