Academy's Facility and Ecosystem Built on a 3000 m² campus; • Professional training kitchens & demo classroom • Spaces for international workshops and certification exams • Application & Practicing Restaurant • A non-profit retail point where local entrepreneurs' products are sold Every participant who can access the academy get full suite of services in the complex, ensuring holistic learning, hands-on practice, and professional growth. The academy seeks to join or co-create EU projects especially Erasmus+ KA2 VET projects with experienced lead partners capable of coordinating the projects.
