The company is looking for international suppliers of mechanical components (CNC-milling, metal sheet bending, 3O-printing of metal) that meet aviation certification standards (ISO 9001, 9100) to integrate them into their avionics systems. The company focuses on customer requirements and individualized products as well as the production of small series. The design specifications are supplied by the company. The aim of the company and the requested cooperation is to secure a stable supply chain of certified components. Above all, trade and supplier agreements are required that guarantee consistent quality while complying with aviation standards and documentation requirements for long-term procurement. The tasks include punctual delivery, compliance with technical and certification standards and support with documentation and traceability. International cooperation will also include regular quality audits, technical exchanges and, where appropriate, joint development projects to ensure seamless integration and regulatory compliance. Technical Specification or Expertise Sought Partners should be involved in the manufacture or supply of certified aerospace mechanical components (30 printed, bended, CNC-milled parts) and have a proven track record of quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include on-time delivery, adherence to technical and certification standards, and documentation and traceability support. Technical specification or expertise sought: - Compliance with aviation standards: DIN EN 9100, FAIR acc. AS9102 - Proven experience in the supply of safety-critical mechanical components for civil and military aviation - Ability to produce large and small series - Full traceability of all parts and materials supplied - Supply of passivated workpieces - Documentation and certification for every component supplied - Support for prototype, pre-series and series production - Flexibility to adapt to customer-specific requirements - Robust quality management systems and regular audit readiness - Ability to provide technical support and participate in joint development or integration projects Expected role of a partner The ideal partner is a manufacturer or supplier that specializes in certified mechanical components for the aerospace industry.
