The French company sells small series production of high-quality weather vanes for outdoor use and also wall clocks for indoor. The SME is urgently looking for a specialised partner in order to produce to specifications items in small series. The partner is expected to be a specialist for: -custom die-cutting and fine die-cutting of shapes in dilite / Dibond plates thickness 3mm or 2mm, -precise digital printing of coloured detailed drawings onto the dilite cutted items (weather vanes or wall clocks) in specific shapes. A subcontracting agreement is sought with a long-term partner located in Europe. Technical Specification or Expertise Sought The items must be precisely shaped-cut in dilite material (Alu composite Dibond) with a thickness of 3mm or 2mm. The detailed draws must be digitally printed in colour onto the shaped pieces. The partner should have to produce: -between 500 and 1000 weather vanes a year, -wall clocks in addition. Expected role of a partner A long-term subcontracting partner located in Europe is sought. Choice of quality materials. Following the expected specifications, the partner will have to: -cut to size on a precise way and fine-cutting of 2mm or 3mm dilite plates (aluminium Dibond composite material for indoor or outdoor use), -avoid material dust on the product once cut, -laminate for UV and light resistance, -make the precise digital printing of coloured drawing onto the dilite shape-cut parts, -send back to France the produced items.
