A Swedish company is seeking manufacturing partners capable of producing construction screws for the professional building market under private label and OEM agreements. The product range primarily includes wood screws, decking screws, drywall screws, and chipboard screws, intended for structural, interior, and exterior applications. All products must be CE certified in accordance with the Construction Products Regulation (CPR – EU No. 305/2011) and compliant with relevant harmonised standards, including but not limited to: • EN 14592 – Timber fasteners • EN 14566 – Mechanical fasteners for gypsum plasterboard systems The screws must be delivered with: • valid Declaration of Performance (DoP), • complete technical documentation, • and be ready for immediate sale on the EU market without additional certification steps. A must-have requirement is a standard assortment of commonly used construction screws supplied in plastic retail packaging, as this is the preferred packaging format in the building materials market. A nice-to-have is the ability to supply collated (banded) drywall screws and chipboard screws packed in cartons of approx. 1,000 pcs, compatible with standard automatic screwdrivers and systems.
