A partner company of Greek-Serbian interests has been active since 2016 in the development and exploitation of renewable energy projects, with a focus on photovoltaic parks and electricity storage projects.
The company is interested in transferring 100% of its shares. The transfer includes all fixed assets of the company, as well as the secured grid connection terms. The company is transferred free of any liabilities or debts to third parties.
Specifically, the following permits are offered for sale in Northern Greece, specifically in Eastern Thrace:
• two permits for Electricity Storage Stations, with a capacity of 25 MW each, with approved environmental studies.
In addition, the following projects and permits are offered for sale in the region of Southern Serbia:
• three mature permits for photovoltaic parks, with a capacity of 400 kW each, ready for construction;
• one photovoltaic park with a capacity of 400 kW, to be delivered under a contractor agreement as a complete turnkey project;
The grid connection terms have already been paid. The above projects form part of a broader portfolio of photovoltaic parks with a total nominal capacity of 14 MW, with an electricity sale price under a PPA — Power Purchase Agreement — of 7 euro cents per kWh.
There is the possibility of either a total or partial sale of the projects and permits.
The company is interested in concluding an investment agreement and/or a commercial agreement with interested investors, energy companies or renewable energy project developers, with the aim of selling the available permits and/or projects.
