The company is an Italian manufacturer established in 1976, specialised in the production of high-precision small metal components obtained through cold stamping and blanking processes. Components are manufactured according to customer drawings and technical specifications, using carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel and non-ferrous alloys such as copper, aluminium and bronze.
The production process is fully managed in-house and supported by a Quality Management System certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015. Each production batch is accompanied by a certificate of conformity, and additional quality documentation such as ISIR, PPAP and FMEA can be provided upon request.
The manufacturing facility includes an internal tool shop for the design and maintenance of stamping dies, a press department with presses from 20 to 200 tonnes, deburring operations, an oil-bath heat treatment line for quenching and tempering, precision grinding equipment for spacers and shims, EDM machines, CNC machining centres and a metrology laboratory equipped with CMM and advanced measuring systems.
The product range includes, among others: washers and spacers, shim rings, conical and elastic washers, steel gaskets, elastic safety rings and circlips, synchroniser rings for mechanical gearboxes, special blanked or deep-drawn parts, small metal components manufactured to customer specifications, hose clamps and fastening system components. Contract manufacturing services such as heat treatment are also available.
The company mainly serves customers in the automotive and motorcycle industries but has progressively diversified into other sectors, including off-highway machinery, window and door systems, hydraulics, marine engines, railway and electromechanical applications. Part of the production is already supplied to international markets, including USA and India. The current objective is to further expand into new industrial sectors and geographic markets through international cooperation.
