The Austrian company is a typical family-run SME that has been in business for over 100 years and is now run by the fifth family generation. The company develops, designs and builds custom machinery for industrial customers across various industries to meet specific needs, including individual design. Their machines are technically sophisticated and highly reliable. The Austrian company is looking for a company in Europe that is capable of producing milled aluminum plates according to provided plans. The produced aluminum plates have a thickness of 30-50 mm and dimensions of up to 2,300 x 1,800 mm, made of EN-AW 5083 with a finely milled surface. These are the biggest and thickest aluminum plates possible. One production set consists of 14 different aluminum plates. Please refer to the drawings for the geometry and technical details. There will be required either 1 set or 3 sets or 5 sets depending upon their client's future orders. The Austrian company seeks a manufacturing agreement and the signing of an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement). Advantages and innovations: The expertise of the Austrian SME lies in primarily in the malleable cast iron and converting industries. Their die-cutting machines play a key role in the mentioned industries. In addition the Austrian SME manufactures equipment for the plastics industry. Technical Specification or Expertise Sought The partner company needs to be specialized and have a vast experience in manufacturing these milled aluminum plates that then will be incorporated into the machines of the Austrian company for one of their clients. The aluminum plates sought are the thickest and biggest aluminum plates currently being manufactured across all industries. The partnering company needs specific CNC-machines that can produce this thickness and size of aluminum plates. Expected role of a partner: The role of the partner will be to manufacture this very specific set of 14 aluminum plates as mentioned before and sign a non-disclosure agreement about this partnership.
