Its know-how extends from the operation of water bomber aircraft to the supply of tactical intelligence directly inspired by military techniques of coordinated combat. air / ground.- INITIAL ATTACK FLEET : The initial attack of the incipient fires by planes on alert at the ground or in flight, is one of the pillars of the risk management doctrine. By developing means to fix a fire in the first minutes after its detection, the probability that it develops into a major disaster is significantly decreased. At the same time, the development of means of monitoring disasters and innovative tactical command should make it possible to deal with “mega-fires”, the number of which is only increasing. => The desire to reduce the risk of occurrence of a large-scale disaster and to give the emergency services the means to deal with it e ciently when they occur is at the origin of the creation of Aria Firefighting.- AERIAL SURVEILLANCE AND TRACKING DEVICE : OUR OBJECTIVE: Using a light aircraft and a sensor specially designed for forest fires, to provide a complete realtime view of the disaster and the means involved requiring as few interactions and third-party equipment as possible. -Surveillance system on alert all season long; -Sophisticated artificial intelligence algorithms to exploit information in real time; - Creation of easily usable standardized products (maps, satellite type images, etc...); - Partnership with the University of Corsica for the deployment of the Firecaster forest fire simulator.- DEVELOP THE ALGORITHMS OF TOMORROW : Supported by our most experienced pilots, we are developing a virtual reality tactical simulator dedicated to forest fire training (difficult terrain, advanced air/air integration, etc.). This investment will allow us to significantly improve the quality of training for our pilots but also to set up a more complete initial selection process. In partnership with the University of Corsica, we have the “Firecaster” fire propagation algorithm. This simulator predicts the spread of a fire based on vegetation and real weather conditions. Based on this algorithm, we are developing several operational solutions: - Direct integration of the algorithm with the observations made in flight in order to predict in real time the probable evolution of a disaster and thus to size the means and the actions of fight; - Produce control strategies based on the most e ective actions obtained through the simulation of numerous scenarios. - Identify risk areas and the most suitable evacuation routes. - Produce an estimate of the surfaces protected by the joint action of firefighters and water bombers in order to enhance the action of the fire and rescue services. Advantages and innovations: The company offers significant operational know-how in the field of combat, by employing, in parallel, former civil security pilots and former military pilots from fighter aircraft. It thus offers the complete deployment of an efficient and economical air unit, including to emergency services unaccustomed to vegetation fires. At the same time, it implements innovative technologies precisely sized to meet civil protection needs, particularly in the operational monitoring (automatic analysis by artificial intelligence of the images collected) of disasters and the modeling of the evolution of fires (propagation models, evaluation of the value of the rescued, proposal of evacuation routes, analysis of response actions.
