The wheels are manufactured from recycled polypropylene (PP), combining robustness, lightness and impact resistance. They are available in three standard sizes: 160 mm, 200 mm and 250 mm diameter, all with a 31 mm hub width. The wheels can support loads well in excess of 300 kg (the typical unladen weight of a concrete mixer), making them suitable for heavy-duty applications. An optional soft overmoulding around the tyre tread is available to meet specific grip or noise requirements. Originally developed for concrete mixer manufacturers, the wheels have proven suitable for a wide range of outdoor and industrial equipment, including wheelbarrows, robotic lawn mowers, ride-on lawn mowers, ground-marking machines, waste collection bins and other wheeled equipment used in construction, landscaping and light industry. The company is currently supplying these wheels to a concrete mixer manufacturer and is looking to expand commercial reach internationally. The company is seeking distribution agreements with specialist distributors of machinery components, or direct commercial agreements with OEM manufacturers who need a reliable, high-quality wheel solution. The desired outcome is to establish long-term commercial relationships that allow both parties to grow their respective markets. Expected role of a partner: The French company is seeking one of the following types of partners: 1. Distributor / Reseller: a company active in the distribution of machinery components, wheels, tyres or spare parts for outdoor equipment (construction, agriculture, landscaping, waste management), ideally with an established customer base among OEM manufacturers or maintenance service providers. The partner would purchase the wheels and resell them within their own markets, either under the French company's brand or under a private label arrangement to be discussed. 2. Industrial end-client / OEM manufacturer: a manufacturer of equipment such as concrete mixers, wheelbarrows, robotic lawn mowers, ground-marking machines or similar wheeled outdoor or industrial products, who requires a reliable and competitive source of solid wheels. The French company would act as a direct supplier under a commercial supply agreement. Preferred partner profile: SME or larger company with experience in the construction equipment, garden machinery or light industrial sectors; capable of committing to regular volume orders; present in European markets. No exclusivity is required from the outset, though exclusivity by territory or sector could be considered for the right partner.
