It operates as an intermediary and broker (registered in France) for industrial waste streams, organising cross-border shipments toward qualified European recyclers.
Activities include: identification and qualification of waste sources, contractualisation with waste producers, organisation of compliant transboundary shipments (notification files under the EU Waste Shipment Regulation 2024/1157, Annex VII procedures for non-hazardous waste), and management of the full traceability chain up to the recycler.
The company complies with all French regulatory requirements (national registration, bank guarantee filed with the French competent authority) and is currently extending its compliance footprint to Italy through the ALBO category 8 registration process.
In order to support its growing recycling activity in plastic streams, the company is looking for additional industrial suppliers of post-industrial plastic waste. The objective is to secure recurring monthly volumes of qualified streams, under a multi-year supplier agreement framework.
Technical Specification or Expertise Sought:
The company is looking for industrial partners acting as generators or aggregators of post-industrial plastic waste streams, in particular:
• Plastic processors and converters (injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, thermoforming)
• Packaging manufacturers generating production scrap and off-spec material
• Automotive and electronics tier-1 and tier-2 suppliers
• Construction product manufacturers (PVC profiles, insulation, pipes)
• Industrial site operators with significant plastic waste streams (textile finishing, agricultural film users, etc.)
• Waste collection and sorting centres able to deliver pre-sorted plastic fractions
Expected role of a partner:
Expected role of the partner: recurring supplier of plastic waste streams under a multi-year framework agreement, with monthly or quarterly nominations. Co-development of a collection scheme (outsourcing agreement) is also welcome where relevant.
