A Polish family-owned enterprise, operating in the plastics processing sector since 1996, specializes in plastics processing, the production of regranulates and regrinds, and the manufacturing of finished plastic products. To support its processing capacity of 400 to 500 tons of plastic waste monthly, the company seeks to expand its international sourcing network for recyclable plastic materials. The company is specifically requesting the supply of the following plastic waste items: • Plastic garment hangers • Agricultural waste: plastic plant pots, seedling trays, and industrial trays • Industrial and consumer items: LED tape spools, cigarette tube spools, cable/wire spools, electronic packaging trays, and disposable razors The manufacturer offers high technological flexibility, processing polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), and mixed PS/PP materials. The production facility is equipped with separation technology capable of isolating non-plastic attachments, such as metal hooks, aluminum components, foams, and rubber bands, from the incoming plastic waste. The company is undergoing a comprehensive circular economy (GOZ) transformation, to modernize its production infrastructure, increase resource efficiency, and maximize the share of recycled raw materials in its production lines. The foreign partner is expected to deliver the specified plastic waste to the company's facility in Lubawa, Poland. The Polish manufacturer pays a fixed price of 100 EUR per ton of recycling material. Transport logistics and costs are to be managed and covered by the supplier. The company is open to establishing cooperation with suppliers from all countries, building on its existing network in Denmark, Benelux, Germany, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, and Lithuania. Technical Specification or Expertise Sought: • The sought partner must be capable of supplying sorted or bulk plastic waste consisting of garment hangers, agricultural trays/pots, or specified industrial spools. • The primary chemical composition of the waste materials must be polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), or a mixture of both. • The supplier must have the capacity to organize and financially cover the international transport of the waste materials to the company's yard in Lubawa (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship), Poland. • Acceptance of complex waste items is possible: materials do not need to be completely free of non-plastic parts, as the buyer's plant separates metal, aluminum, foam, and rubber during pre-processing. Expected role of a partner: The company is looking for waste management operators, sorting facilities, retail clothing networks, large-scale agricultural holdings, or industrial manufacturers who generate or collect plastic waste (such as hangers, pots, trays, or packaging spools). The partner's role will be to transport the plastic waste to the buyer's processing plant in Poland under a supply contract.
