Hotels use it to cut manual work, reduce overbookings, and move more sales to direct channels. Why we’re seeking investment: We want to speed up product development (deeper integrations, reporting, payments) and expand into new markets through local partners. Funding will support sales/partner enablement, customer success and support, and security/compliance. How cooperation is envisaged: Equity or a convertible instrument. We’re open to an active partner who brings know-how, network, and light governance (board/observer) as we scale ARR and multi-property rollouts. Technical Specification or Expertise Sought We’re looking for investors who’ve scaled B2B SaaS in hospitality and can be hands-on. Ideal partners know how to build reseller/partner channels, connect PMS/Channel Manager/Booking Engine products to major OTAs and payment providers, and shape a reliable cloud setup (high uptime, backups, clear analytics and reporting). Guidance on GDPR and payment security, practical onboarding and customer success, and sensible pricing/packaging would be invaluable. We’d also welcome help hiring senior talent in engineering, product, partnerships and customer success as we expand to new markets.
