Technical Specification or Expertise Sought: * Proven experience in woodworking, MDF processing, or furniture manufacturing * Ability to produce small to medium production series (hundreds to thousands of units per year) * Capability to apply child-safe, water-based coatings such as lacquers and paints * Compliance with EN 71 or equivalent European toy safety standards * High level of dimensional accuracy and consistent product quality * Smooth finishing suitable for children's use (no sharp edges or surface defects) * Established quality control processes, either in-house or outsourced * Capacity to handle modular product systems and component-based designs preferred * Access to CNC machining or fine detailing capabilities preferred Expected role of a partner: The partner sought is a manufacturer with expertise in wooden furniture or similar products. The partner will be responsible for the full production process, including sourcing of materials, manufacturing, assembly, finishing, and quality control. The partner is expected to manufacture products according to technical drawings and prototypes provided by the Belgian company. The partner should ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards for children's products. The partner should be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving technical documentation. The ability to organise logistics and deliver finished goods to Belgium or across Europe is required. The cooperation is intended to be long-term, with the possibility to scale production volumes over time.
